  • If you return our stock product within 30 days of the shipping date (found on packing slip and invoice), and
  • In its original packaging and in an unused and undamaged condition,
  • A refund/credit will be issued back to your original form of payment/credit card for the net cost of product within 24 hours of our receipt of the UNUSED/UNDAMAGED product (original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and Returns shipped COD will not be accepted). All requests for returns, refunds and exchanges must be for unused, unaltered, and undamaged e.g. new & Merchantable Condition.

Proof of Purchase directly from us is required for all Returns, Exchanges and Refunds.

Cases purchased from one of our authorized dealers or partners must be returned to the retailer, distributor or dealer where it was purchased. The Seller’s return policies apply, not ours.

No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase from us and our prior approval (liberally granted under our 30 day no hassle guarantee) and authorization (RMA#). Shipping charges on all returns must be prepaid by the Buyer to our California location. Returns not clearly marked with RMA # or shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for products damaged during return shipping as a result of improper packaging and losses for failure to insure. A refund or credit will be issued for net cost of goods after inspection and determination of the condition of the returned product if it is not in its original packaging or damaged. Special Orders, Custom Orders and/or products otherwise modified by or for the Buyer are non-refundable.

Instructions for a Return or Exchange

  1. Request an RMA# by emailing FuerteService@FuerteCases.com or calling HQ 619-660-2300 (San Diego and International) or our toll free number 1-866-426-7766. Please provide your Name, Address and Purchase Order or Invoice Number. Once we verify your purchase, we will issue an RMA#.
  2. Properly package product(s) and mark the outside of the package with the RMA#.
  3. Return you package prepaid and insured via Fed Ex, USPS, or UPS or other carrier who provides an insured method of delivery to:
