Cases purchased from one of our authorized dealers or partners must be returned to the retailer, distributor or dealer where it was purchased. The Seller’s return policies apply, not ours.
No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase from us and our prior approval (liberally granted under our 30 day no hassle guarantee) and authorization (RMA#). Shipping charges on all returns must be prepaid by the Buyer to our California location. Returns not clearly marked with RMA # or shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for products damaged during return shipping as a result of improper packaging and losses for failure to insure. A refund or credit will be issued for net cost of goods after inspection and determination of the condition of the returned product if it is not in its original packaging or damaged.
